Now that you have completed our checklist, this will give us a good start at what youare looking for. Please consider the following before we visit.

If you have set a budget for your project please discuss this with us. We will be able to tell you what you can realistically expect to purchase with your budget figure you have in mind. Determine the fair market value of your home, your remodel should not exceed 15% of that value. We want to incorporate design ideas that you can afford. It will not help either of us if we create a plan that you will not purchase.
